    Donahue is found guilty of attempted murder, two counts of first deg robbery, willful injury, attempt to elude, trafficking stolen weapons, disarming peace officer, felon in possession of firearm, false imprisonment and false imprisonment.

    Several law enforcement officers and some prosecutors and staff from the county attorney's are in the courtroom for the verdict.

    They are going to wait for Deputy Halverson and his family to arrive before they announce the verdict. The jury hasn't come in yet.

    Good morning all! Here on verdict watch. I think the jurors are still coming into the courthouse. They will resume deliberations today. There might be a verdict today today, but it's like predicting weather in the Midwest - usually partly foggy with a chance of more waiting. 

    Clearly, I need more coffee. I will update you and be live when the verdict comes in.
