Second straight impressive win over an Eastern Iowa team for the Rams (6-1), this time via shutout. Prairie is now 5-2 with both losses decisvely to top-four teams.

Denver beat 1A No. 5 Dike-New Hartford, 30-20. The Wolverines were coming off a big win over then-No. 5 Aplington-Parkersburg. Denver was ranked earlier this season until a loss to Sumner-Fredericksburg.
Both teams are now 5-2.
